Internet ordering of yarn and related
materials can be speedy and satisfying
or fraught with disappointment.
I would very much like you to experience the former!
Without a face to face chance for us to get
to know each other and conduct a satisfying exchange,
let me take this opportunity to explain how I treat my Internet
Clientele.
I value the trade that the Internet brings to my business and will do all in my power to clarify the products you are interested in. Please take the time to think of any questions you have about them before you place a final order. I can explain what a pattern looks like, and what yarn it will use and what sizes it comes in. I can recommend yarns or fibers. I can tell you if what you want is in stock, or can order it for you if you can wait. I can tell you if the companies who make your yarn will fill an order quickly (or not!). I can tell you how much the shipping will be. If ordering on-line, once I have accepted it and sent youa quote, I will package your items and address them, allowing 2 weeks for a check to arrive. This takes your items off the shelf.
I ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment.
I ship Priority Mail, or if
over
10 pounds, by UPS.
International shipping is not a problem.
Damaged items will be cheerfully
replaced. I do not accept needles, patterns or books for return. Other
items are returnable for shop credit WITH the original receipt
enclosed.
A restocking fee of 15% is charged for kits.
PLEASE feel free to ask any questions of me at any time about your order...I am here to help :)
